Cross Country, Show Jumping and Dressage

Hough Park Equestrian is a cross country and schooling facility set in over 30 acres of parkland on our farm located approx. 5 miles from Ashbourne in Derbyshire.

Cross Country

We have over 60 jumps ranging from 30cm to 100cm. The cross country area offers great viewing as well as being securely fenced so is suitable for young or inexperienced riders, novice horses, groups/clinics as well as for more experienced combinations to go schooling before competing.

We have a wide range of jumps and aim to add to them regularly. The fences include waters, ditches and steps. Our ground maintenance aims to provide good grass cover and where required all weather take off/landings are used.

Show Jumping

We have a full set of jump4joy show jumps on grass including fillers. All heights are adjustable.

Dressage

There is also a 20x40 dressage arena on grass with letter markings.
